Gain tools and resources to use during potentially dangerous or threatening situation. Learn how to best prevent others from causing harm to self or others during this overview of Aggression Management or de-escalation.

Frontline Staff Training
Presented by Lisa Licata, National Alliance for Youth Sports
Today’s youth sports landscape demands that frontline staff understand their essential role to ensure positive, safe, and fun youth sports. This special educational session is for all frontline staff who truly are the face of the organization - interacting and communicating with the general public.
