OUR MISSION To advocate the quality of life through
effective use of parks and
recreation opportunities, education, and resources.
The
not-for-profit association is governed by a 20-member Board of
Directors. The Board appoints an executive director to manage
the affairs of the Association. MPRA's 1,400 members consist of
parks and recreation professionals, students, retirees, public
agencies, private businesses, educational institutions, clinical
settings, and citizen advocates.
